    Something is wrong;

    I've created 3 columns on a page and choose to see show 1 product in each of them, but It's showing the box compressed without I've done anything.

    {"wp":{"use":false,"adminUrl":"https://primaryshop.se/wp-admin","username":"","password":""},"ftp":{"use":false,"url":"","port":"","user":"","password":"","path":""}}

    Hi primarygroup,

    Can you please share your Wordpress credentials here, because I need to login to your site and test this issue. Your information is safe here (private) in this thread.

    To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)

    Hi there,

    You should use Laborator Product element on Visual Composer http://drops.laborator.co/1aEY and your products will be added without any problem.

    If you see any layout problem on your theme than this is happening because you have updated your WooCommerce plugin to version 3.0 without waiting for theme update to support this version.

    As we always write this information in Aurum changelog: "Laborator recommends not updating WooCommerce to a newer version than 2.6.14 before we release compatible version of latest WooCommerce update".

    Now that you have already updated this plugin please read this article: Theme contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.

    Okey!

    But if I just click on "webbutiken" the order of categories just doesn't fit.

    Address: https://primaryshop.se/butik/

    The site is so new so I've used the version that was on WordPress plugin-page at download point.

    Hi there,

    I just added this CSS code on your Custom CSS area:

    .col-lg-3.col-md-3.col-sm-6.col-xs-12.product-category.product {
        min-height: 290px !important;
    }

    And i also regenerated your thumbnails, because you have changed the default images size and every time that you change the size of the thumbnails you must regenerate your thumbnails :)

    Thanks for the changes!

    But something has happened with WooCommerce, since some plugin says that they need WooCommerce to be installed to work after you where logged in.

    Hi primarygroup,

    Hmm I'm not sure why this is happening, this is the first time i see this. Maybe because of the downgrade of WooCommerce.

    Plugin is installed and active but maybe those plugins work and they just are showing that note without any reason.

    Anyway, maybe when you update your WooCommerce version to 3.0.1 this problem will not happen. But please keep in mind that you should not update WooCommerce until we release a new theme update for this theme to support this version.

    We are currently finalizing work on our Kalium update to support WooCommerce 3.0.1, then we will start to work on Aurum update.
