    Hello, 

    I have a problem where there is one second of sound on the full page video using revolution slider on two pages. http://invoeruss.no/ & http://invoeruss.no/portfolio/dugnad/ . I have muted the sound and set volume to 0 in the config but there is still 1 second of sound that plays. Please help. it is annoying the heck out of users!

    Hi adamfisher,

    Can you please re-activate the theme as it was previously activated on IP address, I deactivated it from there so you can proceed now with the activation on the domain. I am asking this from you because when I wanted to update the theme and plugins it didn't allow me, and the only one who can activate the theme is you.

    I can access your admin page, it's showing fine on my end the only thing missing is the activation which is needed to proceed further with the update.

    Can you re-try accessing your admin again after a few minutes?

    I still have an issue. I simply get the index page. It may be an issue on my end.

    I have activated the theme now. For some reason the back-end of my site is desperately slow. 

    Anyway - can you please check that issue with the video for me now please.

    Hi there,

    The backend of your site seems to load fine for me, just like any other WordPress site. Can you please check if you still have the issue now by checking it on a private mode (Icognito), because I have disabled the Cost Calculator plugin and on my side the sound isn't playing anymore.

    Why did you disable that plugin? It serves a vital purpose. 

    How did you fix the sound issue?

    I didn't fix it, simply disabled the plugin and it seems that Cost Calculator has been causing that issue. Please note that we do not give support for Revolution Slider and since it's not a theme issue but a Revolution Slider issue contact the ThemePunch team directly.

    Hi Art,


    You cannot just disable a plugin that forms a critical function without discussing with me why you are doing. And now you also don't want to have any responsibility for a component that you supply with you theme. I am sorry but this is not good service. I have bough this theme twice from you already..

    Hi adamnfisher,

    In fact, you can see this information support homepage too. When any user is having problems, the first thing that it's needed to do is to deactivate all their third party plugins (plugins that didn't come bundled with the theme)

    As for the Revolution Slider, you must understand that we just offer those premium plugins for free on our theme (Visual Composer, Revolution Slider and Layer Slider).

    We wrote about this on our documentation too, you can see the articles here:

    All the themes that you see on themeforest are not obligated to respond to tickets that require support for the premium plugins that the authors offer.

    Even with this, sometimes we try to help our user if they have any basic problem with those plugins, but on your case this was a very strange "problem" and our entire team don't know how to help you on this question even that we tried multiple times, until we saw that the problem was caused by that other plugin.

    Hi Art,

    I have spoken with the developers on Revolution Slider. They state that there is no known issue with the slider and that it is an incompatibility issue with the template. And therefore something you support and support that is paid for when I purchased this template (twice). Please can you look at it some more. Is there someway of delaying the js so that sound doesn't load before the mute feature? That would in my mind be a solution. I'm not enough of a developer to know how to do that without breaking anything :).

    I don't want to get away from responsibilities and take you from a support center to another, but since we've found out where the problem is (Cost Calculator conflicting with Revolution Slider) then I don't know what I have to do more about your site, the only ones who can help you are the ThemePunch team or the author of Cost Calculator because the problem is coming from their side and not from the theme, and you can verify this by changing the theme the problem will remain the same.
