    Hi saitodaniel,

Can you please share your Wordpress credentials here, because I need to login to your site and test this issue. Your information is safe here (private) in this thread.

To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)

    Hi saitodaniel,

You haven't followed my procedure and you pasted the credentials on your public ticket. I just deleted them but please be carefully next time.

Now let's continue with your problem...

I just tried to import that slider manually for you but this didn't worked too. Then i saw that your PHP limits are very low as you can see that on your System Status page.

Please read this article Kalium Server Requirements and tell your server administrator increase those limits and your PHP version to version 7. Then you will not have any problem with your website anymore.

    Hi.

So I made the changes still receive the error at redrobot.jp/wordpress/

The settings don't seem like the problem it's the plug-in and probably it's usage.  Please advise.

    Hi saitodaniel,

Your upload_max_size is still 2MB and it must be 64MB. That's why you can't import anything that is larger than 2 mb. Also please consider updating your php version. Please see this video that i made for you http://drops.laborator.co/NlYs and read this article carefully again.

I looked further for some server infos and i also saw this problem on your server:

To fix that, please read this article.

Hope that your server admin will fix those problems for you as soon as possible for you.

    Hi Daniel,

Hmm yes I can see that you changed some of the limits now. Can you please just tell me what demo content you want to install and I will do that for you

    Look Ylli.

I appreciate it. But it's the ongoing issue.  I am trying to sort out the issue with revslider.

    http://www.redrobot.jp/wordpress/

So what is the problem, I am growing frustrated with this going back and forth, when the inherent problem is with revslider, and want to fix it, as it breaks the whole layout.

    Hi Daniel,

You must understand that hasn't nothing to do with the theme because this is not a theme issue. This is server related issue and even that this is not our responsibility I'm trying to help you.

Please contact your server administrator and send them this video http://drops.laborator.co/qHCH, they will understand what is the problem and will help you.

Also sometimes i see this error on your site:

    (view on new page)

Please tell them about this too.

    Thanks for your understanding.

You are looking at a different wordpress directory,  I need you to focus on this directory specifically,

OK then please answer me this question.  What is this error?

"Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias architecture not found."

and how do I fix this?

  • [deleted] replied

That's what I'm trying to say,

I imported the slider again just to show you the problem, on this video you can see that Architecture slider is only 10kb but your server refuse to import the slider.

In the end you can see the Error 500. Please contact your hosting provider for this because if they are professionals they will know what is the problem on their configuration and will fix this problem for you.

Sorry for those troubles that you are facing but the problem is not on the theme as i wrote earlier. From 13.000 clients that Kalium has, this is the first time that i see 10kb file that refuses to upload.

Then can you revoke my current license to this installation, I will install it on a digital ocean WP installation. If I can reproduce the same error, if I do - we need to discuss.

    Hi Daniel,

License is valid for one domain only. Don't worry for that because if you change hosting your domain will be the same, only the hosting will be on different company.

We recommend Bluehost, for more info you can read those articles that we have prepared for our clients:

I already started with digital ocean the instance is up and running.  I just need to transfer the registration to there, I have not transfer the domain to that IP, because I want to see it work before I transfer everything.

  • [deleted] replied

    Hi Daniel,

Ok then, i removed your license on redrobot.jp domain.
