Hey, I had to open a new ticket, because the other one was confusing. Thanks for all your help so far. Only 2 questions left:

1. Is there a way to customize the look of the automatic emails (see attachment, automatic-email.jpg) people get after they order something. The 'order received' emails for example? A plugin or something, or is this only possible with custom CSS? You told me questions about customizing is out of your support scope, but I would only like to know if this is possible and with what, I'll figure out how by myself :)

2. I want customers to be able to download a return form from our website, so we don't have to waste paper by including a paper form with each order. See attachment (order-download-button.jpg). When customers click that button, it automatically downloads the return form. Is this possible? How?

All good. There seems to be a problem with our logo on mobile devices whenever you click on our websitelink! For example, I put the website URL in my bio on instagram and I passed on the website URL to my friends via Whatsapp and whenever you click on that URL, the logo is missing (well, not missing, but it's not the right one, our logo has a leaf in it). However, when you open safari / internet on a mobile phone and you enter the website yourself, it works fine. Is there any way to fix this?
