That is happening because that page has attached a different logo for that page only, to remove that logo you just need to click Edit page and then you will see the Parameters and Options area.
Just open Page Options > Logo & Menu and then you can remove the logo.

I'm trying to customise the logo on my home page but doesn't work.
as you can see on the image attached I'm tried to add it on the laburator tab.
it works on every page but not in the home page.
it work just if I type the name but not if I upload the image

That is happening because that page has attached a different logo for that page only, to remove that logo you just need to click Edit page and then you will see the Parameters and Options area.
