On the main blog page (masonry - 1 Column) , it seems like some images are OK and some are blurry. It seems that the images that are OK are using 650 X 455 scaled images, while the ones that are blurry are using the 360 X 252 scaled images and these are for the same sized boxes. Why is it picking different image sizes for different pics for the same sized box, and how do I fix this issue. Thanks
You are using an very old version of our theme 1.9.4 , the latest version for the moment is 2.0.4, please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.
When you finish this procedure please go to Laborator > Product Registration and activate your product. Then you will be able to update your theme very easily from your Wordpress updates.
P.S: If you are still using Envato Toolkit or Envato Market plugins you can delete them because you don't need them anymore.
so I have upgraded to 2.0.4 like you recommended. I sill have an issue though with my image dimensions. I am uploading 1600x1200 images through the admin panel. On the main blog page the image dimensions seem to be right as the entire image more or less seems to fit in the box and it keeps the ratio similarly to the original image.
On the single page however the same image doesn't seem to be resized properly to fit the full width of the header without cropping off the bottom of the image.
Is it that the Settings -> Media settings for images are wrong and if so what are the recommended default values that should be set for Thumbnails , Mid and Large images to fit this Theme?
Can you please write URL of this exact page please? Also please share your Wordpress credentials here, because I need to login to your site and test this issue. Your information is safe here (private) in this thread.
To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)
I can see that you have not updated your theme, premium plugins, and your Wordpress site. I updated your premium plugins but http://drops.laborator.co/MtmJ.
Please update your Wordpress and the theme before proceeding with your problem.
