Can't upload media & can't update plugin

    When I try to upload media, I get an HHTP error message, and does not allow me to upload an image.

    Also, I have two notifications indicating that I need to update the visual composer and layer slider, but when I click update, a message pops up that says update package not available. 

    How can I fix these two issues?

    Hi snavarro213

    To fix this issues or to give you some reason why this is happening we need to have FTP and WP Credentials.

    For most of cases you have File Permission (access issue) or any other host miss configuration. 

    Try to contact your host and ask some help from them this is considered as host issue.
