    The in theme plugins LayerSlider WP and WPBakery Visual Composer are not updating as i dont have an activation code for them beining part of the Aurum theme. Pls advice when are going to push the new updates or if not, can you inform me what i need to do?

    Hi Ben,

    Premium plugins don’t allow us to give customers our license number, so on each premium plugin (such as Visual Composer, Revolution Slider and Layer Slider) update we release a new update to our theme with the latest version of that plugin included, and customers don’t need to worry about that,

    You never need to purchase any premium plugins that comes with our theme, you can purchase them only if you need their support or want to use their extra features.

    So when we release Aurum 2.9.7 then you can update those two plugins easy by going to Appearance > Install Plugins.

    Hi,

    I have same problems.

    First problem: I updated Kalium 2.0.6.1 manually (because never let me update the theme automatically) and then I followed your steps in “Errors and troubleshooting” from this link—> http://documentation.laborator.co/kb/general/installing-and-updating-premium-plugins/#updating-premium-plugins

    When Layer Slider has been updated correctly, I re-activate it again and come back to Plugins>Installed Plugins, and show me again the advise: “There is a new version”.

    Second problem: How do I update the WPBakery Visual Composer plugin? Because it doesn’t let me do it. This is the warning “There is a new version of WPBakery Visual Composer available, see details of version 5.1.1 The automatic update is not available for this plugin. To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit settings to activate your Visual Composer. Got Visual Composer in theme? “

    So, please, can you help me?
