Do you have good documentation, video or other that gives some tips for creating the structure of a page please? 

I use the helpful Visual Composer Backend Editor. 

I'm talking about adding columns, rows, inserting elements etc. and making it look impressive.

I can add 'blockquote' but not sure how to add the green text with this style? Is it using an element or just text with color and size changed manually? 

How do you add the image that has text on the right hand side? 

Do you have a live example of all your available elements please? One page demonstrating each would be awesome!

It would also be helpful to see some samples of some page layouts, sometimes it's hard to think of a good one from scratch.
