I've got two forms on my website, the one on the Contact page is your "Contact form" element and the other, that allows you to susbcribe to our newsletter, is added on a footer widget pasting the code provided by our newsletter provider.
The thing is that only works the one that is on the footer, and not the other.
I've seen that you say this: "This problem happens on some rare cases. Usually the problem is with your mail server (SMTP) which is not sending e-mails, this can be fixed by using WP Mail SMTP plugin in your WordPress, it will configure your mail server and should make it work."
But is not odd that one form works and the other don't?
