The up-sells show fine on the single product page using other themes like “2017” or Storefront so the product definition and WooCommerce are fine. When we switch to the Aurum theme, the single product page shows no up-sells.
I did look at your documentation and the theme set up panels and tried very hard to see if we missed a configuration setting. However, I must have missed something as Art indicated the support for cross-sells, up-sells and related products is there and has been since day one.
Note: I did try and create a Admin WordPress user for you but the Ticksy system did not look like it would submit the ticket. So I removed the credentials and submitted the ticket as a public ticket. If you need WordPress access, please let me know and I will recreate the credentials.
You are using an old version of our theme (2.9.5) and the latest version for the moment is (2.9.6), please update theme first and then the premium plugins.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure
Can you please share your site credentials here? To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)
P.S. Couldn't reach your site normally, using TunnelBear I switched to a server in Germany and still didn't work, so I switched to US and there it worked fine. I am also located in Europe.
We are unable to get up-sells to work. Nothing shows on the single product page.
For instance, we define a product with up-sells and cross-sells on this page:
