1— I can see that the colors of the tab are not green (#00adef). So i assume that this question is not valid because you have solved this.
2— Please check this plugin Scripts n Styles, maybe it will help you to achieve that.

See http://drukowanienakoszulkach.pl/nadruk-na-odziezy-wymagania/ , words 'pliki', 'czas realizacji' and 'dostawa i platnosc' are green, but they should be blue like the line below name of the active tab.
