I couldn't check it as your site is on coming soon mode, I will need a password to see it or disable the coming soon mode. We think the problem is coming from the outdated version of Aurum, if you're not using the latest version of the theme then make sure you update it.

You are using an old version of our theme (2.9.5) and the latest version for the moment is (2.9.6), please update theme first and then the premium plugins.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins you can learn more this easy step-by-step procedure
Important: After you update the theme please don't forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.
