In the shop settings, I have chosen the 'sticky description' on 'single page'. I'm working on a Macbook Pro. Before I add in any attributes & variations on a product page the description sticks and images move. When I add the attributes & variations it doesn't work – images and description move together. However, it does work on a larger computer screen with the attributes & variations set... I have also tried it on another laptop and I'm having the same issue. I'm wondering is it something to do with Responsive settings somewhere...?
When I look at your demo page that has the exact same layout as mine on my MacBook Pro your page works properly. Link to your same demo page: https://demo.kaliumtheme.com/fashion/product/mini-skirt-with-frills/
I'm sure it's something small that I'm just not seeing. Would be great if you could help me resolve this issue.
Sorry i couldn't solve your WordPress issues, you have to go over again, to delete current Database, and create new one, and re install WP from beginning.
I tried hard to fix the issues event this one doesn't include on the theme issue.
If you have issues again try to contact your host support and ask theme 'for file and folder permission'.
That's okay. Thanks so much for trying! I really appreciate your efforts. I'm sure it's the sub domain and current server causing these issues. I will move it over to the client's server and proper domain. Once I do that, can I contact you on this ticket to discuss it further if needed or should I open up a new ticket?
In relation to my email a few minutes ago. I'm hoping I can transfer it over to new server without loosing what I've done so far. I was just having a look at the site and I noticed that many of the icons have disappeared. The social media icons, shopping basket and some in the dashboard menu panel. Can this be fixed now or will I have to wait until after transfer? There was no issue with these before.
That's great Eroll! Thank you! I really appreciate you taking time to do that :-)
Have you any thoughts as to why many icons on front end and backend of website disappeared after I gave you the FTP details? They are even missing in revolution slider and dashboard (woocommerce, size guides, etc). Do you think it should be resolved when I move website over?
Thanks for all your effort and help! In the end I decided it would be quicker and less hassle starting over and installing theme on fresh wordpress with new domain.
Thanks again. All your help is very much appreciated!! :-)
