    Hi support,


    Afther trying to optimalise the speed of loading of the portfolio items by installing (W3 Total Cache ) the sliders do not load in explorer. They do load on the iPhone and google chrome, or afther ctrl + F5. But on another computer it again doesn't load on explorer.

    Please what cna I do to make the slides load on each platform, and how can I enhance the loading?

    Is W3 Total Cache a good plugin for the kalium Theme.

    We have now 350.30KB images, and only just begon by posting.

    6 imagens 250 < > 600 kb,

    14 images 150 < > 250 kb,

    This should not be any problem I guesse?

    We don't prefer W3 Total Cache plugin. Please read this article How to speed up my site? on our documentation site.

    Hi Ylli,

    I deleted the W3 total cache plugin.

    But the sliders in the portfolio items do not load in windows edge.

    After ctrl F5 it loads well.


    Can you help us to repare the layer sliders?

    Hmm this is strange because we haven't received any complain from any user.

    Can you please record this behavior and then send us the video?

    I do not know how to record this, I made a screen shot while trying to switch to the next slide. And no Arrow appears.

    In windows edge, when you go to a portfolio page, there appear no errows at first. When you press controle F5, the page loads again and the arrows appear and it works again. But when you go back to the front page and try to load the same portfolio page again, the slider again fails to load correct and the arrows do not appear - and thus the slider doesn't work.

    In google chrome the portfolio pages load correct with a working slider. Also on the I Phone they load correct.

    Hi José,

    I now know what is the problem. This has been reported by another user too and i think that this happens on our demo too (sometimes). I just put this on our to-do list and we will check if we can do something about this problem on our next updates.

    I'm glad I was able to explane myself clear and you now know what the problem is. When will the next update be?

    In the meantime, I hope you can help me to resolve this issue, so people can see our slideshows when they visit our site. Now we fail to show a full presentation of our products.

    We don't know for sure when this will happen but as soon as we fix this problem we will write you

    This is the exact problem and it happen sometimes on Chrome too.

    Hi José,

    It's me again, i think that we solved the problem, so can you please download this new custom.min.js and then go to this path: wp-content/themes/kalium/assets/js and replace it with your old custom.min.js file.
