You will need to wait for the next theme update to get the latest premium plugins versions. They do not allow to automatically update for themes that included their plugin, it's a premium feature if you separately want to purchase it which I think is not necessary as we release updates constantly.

After installing Kalium, what to do with the included plugin upgrade? At time of writing for example LayerSlider WP ask me to upgrade to new version.
Have to do the upgrade or not and waiting a new kalium update that include it?
