How to delete the balloon image?

    Hi,


    I'm almost done with all the customisation but am stuck with one problem...
    How can I delete the balloon image shown in the attached image? I've already deleted the img from media library but it didn't disappear...

    Hi Mari,

    You can remove that image if you click Edit Page and then go to that element, please follow the procedure on this video http://drops.laborator.co/atEz
