Please go to Appearance > Install Plugins and make sure that you have installed and activated Advanced Custom Fields and other ACF extensions that you see there.
We don't have this issue on our theme, and it should work to you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

My parameters and Options menu below on any page is gone, it looks like the attached image.
What could I do? Manually reinstalled Visual Composer a while ago maybe it's related to this?
