Can you confirm that installing multiple demon content installations doesn't overwrite previously installed ones?
I just want a specific page template to use from a separate demo but don't want to loose all the other pages i have set up.

Installing multiple demo contents will not overwrite the current ones, however it will make your site a bit messy, but if you are going to delete all these pages after that, then you can go with that.
