That's really strange, it works in all our demos and there should be a problem in your WordPress configuration that has changed the URL of the lost password page, please use this link instead:
My developer checked it out and noticed that on the Wordpress log in page, when you request a password, you get directed to this link: http://audreywestcott.com/wp-login.php, which gives you the error page. So seems an error on Wordpress' side
