    Is there the ability for a user to have tracking when they purchase an item?

    This is a very specific question for WooCommerce plugin, we would suggest you to contact WooCommerce support about this.

    [EDIT] I searched a little bit for this and i found that WooCommerce offers a plugin for this job Shipment Tracking.
