    Good morning

    I am tried to install the new version of Aurum but something is wrong:

    The folder already exists. / Home / content / p3pnexwpnas12_data02 / 95/3754195 / html / wp-content / themes / aurum /
    Failed to install the theme.

    Please, could you help me to discover what is the problem?

    Hi Lis,

    I guess you have previously installed or uploaded a folder "aurum" in wp-content/themes/ folder. So here is what you need to do:

    1. Using your FTP software or File Manager in cPanel head to wp-content/themes/ folder and delete aurum folder.

    2. Then go to Appearance > Themes and upload aurum.zip contained in main download files of Aurum theme.

    3. Activate the theme and you are all set, just don't forget to activate recommended plugins in Appearance > Install Plugins

    Hopefully this will help you.

    Hi Arlind

    Thanks for your attention. I update the aurum template creating a child theme but something fail because my shop is a mess. The products are too big and the description looks messy. Please cold you tell me how to fix it?

    Sorry but I have switched to child theme too see the products how they look. Now I have activated parent theme but it is the same result! Maybe its a caching problem?!

    Hi Lis,

    After checking your theme files I saw that "WC_TEMPLATE_DEBUG_MODE" is enabled.

    If you have enabled it, please disable (delete that line).

    I can remove that in plugin files (hard-code) but that will not work when you update woocommerce.

    Hi Lis,

    The reason why this was not working is because you have set "template status" to debug mode:

    So now it is fixed and working properly.
