    Hello

my name is miguel, i'm from Spain, and my english is not good. Sorry about that.

I have recently installed your template on my web and, because i am not good with code, i really need Visual Composer. I work with it in localhost, but when i upload the theme to the web, the Visual Composer doesn't work. I only see the code, and I don't see the buttons to go to Front/Backend editor.

The plugin is installed and active. I've tried to deactivate it, and then activate it again, but it still doesn't work.

    Could you help me, please?

    Thank you so much

    Regards

    Hi hijosdeputa,

I visited your site and I can see that you have activated the latest version of Visual Composer on your site. Is that correct please?

    Hi Ylli

    thanks for your response.

My problem is very strange because when I work from Spain, Visual Composer works perfectly. The problem comes when I work from France. Then Visual Composer doesn't work anymore.

It could be a hosting's problem?

    Hi hijosdeputa,

This is a very strange question, and i have never heard something like this.

We don't have this issue on our theme, and it should work to you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

Also please make sure that you have updated Kalium and VC plugin on your site/s.

The latest version of Kalium for the moment is 2.0.4 and the Visual Composer is 5.0.1. If you are using an old version of Visual Composer, you can update the plugin by going to Appearance > Install Plugins.

If you still have problems, please answer those questions:

So you are using the same site for two languages? Can you please be more specific please and provide us URL-s of those pages.

Can you please share your site URL and Wordpress credentials here, because I need to login to your site and test this issue. Your information is safe here (private) in this thread.

To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)
