Are the sale badges shown when you switch the theme?
If so, then the problem its related to WooCommerce. Otherwise I need to see where is the issue (you need to provide FTP credentials here, to include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar see how )
— You are using an old version of our theme 2.9.5 , the latest version for the moment is 2.9.6, please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Market plugin. Just follow this little procedure http://drops.laborator.co/pLFH
After this, to update the plugins to the latest version that we support, just go to Appearance > Install Plugins and update them.
— Then please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.
If your problem is still active, then please write us again.
I suggest you to install child theme for this, because you will always get latest updates and still your changes won't be affected.
You may create a backup for the current theme, then update parent theme, and install Aurum child theme, and you can transfer changes to the child theme.
Note that if you have made many changes I suggest you to clone current WP site and start making changes.
Hi
The products that are already off the sale period are still showing in the sale section. Please see the attached.
i have to go into each and every product page and press update to get it back to normal/off the sale page.
I am current not using any cache plugin.
Can anyone help?

Hi Arlind
We customised the theme to fit our brand guidelines. Updating the theme would erase my current setup/customisation.
Is there a way for me to update only the affected code or file?
thanks
Hi amoreteh,
I hope you haven't modified many files?
