I created a new draft portfolio item, then updated the theme. I went back into the draft to add images into the portfolio gallery, but all of the tabs in "parameters and options" revealed empty boxes with no parameters or options. The same seems to be true for existing portfolio items (screen shots attached). What is going on? Thank you.
Can you please share your Wordpress and FTP credentials here, because I need to login to your site and test this issue. Your information is safe here (private) in this thread.
To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)
But wait, now I have another problem. All day I have been trying with 5% success to add new images into the portfolio item, but in the Portfolio Gallery tab, the "add" button doesn't seem to work at all. It highlights (photo), but nothing happens. Thanks, Tanja
