The problem with the maps is that Google has changed the way to include maps into websites, and for that you have to generate an API key for each of your projects - for this we have added a API key input where you can add it in the Theme Options. If you need further assistance for this please let us know.
Also you're using an outdated version of the theme, it would be better if you update it firstly.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure
*Important:* After you update the theme please don't forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.
