    Hi

    I bought this theme last week but have yet to get the demo to install properly. i contacted you last week to say the demo wasnt working properly and you responded to check the php limits. 

    I contacted our server host with the email info from your team they then increased the limits but still the demo wont fully install ( i dont need the woocommerce side) or work and eventually called them back and after one hour then then tried to login and install the demo content (main theme) themselves but the rev slider still will not install.

    I have spent many hours on this and not moved forward. I need to get the site live asap and hence why I bought a theme that should allow for quick personalisation. As the php limits have been met please help as unable to do anything at this time until the theme working properly.

    Hi Susannah,

    I'm sorry to hear that you are encountering problems. This problem usually happens when user site doesn't meet required PHP limits that themes require as i told you on your other ticket #1015805.

    If you have increased those PHP limits then you should not have any problem to import the demo content.

    Can you please share your Wordpress and FTP credentials here, because I need to login to your site and test this issue. Your information is safe here (private) in this thread.

    To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)

    Also please tell us which demo content you are trying to install...

    Hi Susannah,

    Do I have your permission to reset your Wordpress and try to install our theme and demo content manually for you please?

    yes, there is nothing on the site we need to save as a total redesign so do what you need

    Hi Susannah,

    There is an problem on your server that is not letting you to install demo content without any problem. We don't know what is the problem.

    I finally managed to import the demo content for you.

    Now you just need to activate your theme again by going to Laborator > About > Product Registration.
