    Your last update, v2, broke both any animation and the podcast players on my site. I had to buy support in order to file this ticket, but I don't think that it is very fair to force me to pay for support when your update broke my site. It works on Edge, but not in Chrome or Firefox. The animations which are not working are: embedded search in menu bar, image sliding in from the left on this page http://thinkfuture.com/get-the-pulse/ . None of my embedded players are working either on any of my podcast pages http://thinkfuture.com/podcasts/

    here are two screen shots of this page. http://thinkfuture.com/get-the-pulse/ the image is supposed to slide in from the left, please see both chrome (missing image) and edge (image works) example attached.

    Hi Chris,

    After checking your site I saw that there was a missing of Video JS elements so I have fixed it by adding this CSS:

    .video-js-el {
    visibility: visible !important;
    opacity: 1 !important;
    }

    .wp-audio-shortcode {
    height: 32px;
    }

    So now they are showing.

    As for the other page, I am not able to view the image so can you record the screen while testing that page?

    I don't know how this happened so I am sorry to hear that you had to buy a support package for this.

    But you can use it whenever you stuck with our theme or any other issue related to it.

    Hi Arlind - all the animation seems to be missing. For another example, try to click the search icon in the menu bar (something I believe you added in 2.0). On Chrome and Firefox nothing happens, but on Edge, the search box appears.

    here is a video of how the image should sweep in - works in edge but not in chrome or firefox

  • Chris replied

    Hi Arlind - while the player appears, it does not play for me in Chrome or Firefox. It does work in Edge though, if that help to solve the issue.

    the animations are still not working - any ideas?

    Hi Chris,

    Finally I know what is causing this issue, it is the Rocket Script loader which will cause all of these issues.

    So here is what you need to do, go to cPanel and turn off rocket loader:

    Settings > CloudFlare Settings > Performance Settings > Rocket Loader >Toggle Off.

    And it will solve these issues.

    Hi Chris,

    I'm very glad to hear that

    Now i remember that the same problem happened on June (Ticket 785612), and we fixed your problem with the same solution.

    Please remember this for the next time if you have any problem like this.

    Will set this ticket as solved from here.

    Have a great week!
