    Hi.

I've contacted you earlier regarding problems with the new update and how to make a design similar to the one you have on your website. (My ticket got closed, so i'm submitting a new one).

I was told, that i should change my permalink to "Posts" to avoid Error 404. My page, however, only shows my pages when choosing the permalink type "plain". For now, that is okay, due to the fact that my website isn't live, but I would just like to know if it will be fixed in a near future?

Regarding the design you have with the boxes on your website, I was told that it could be done with Visual Composer and some CSS code. Is it possible to provide me with the CSS code that have been used, or is that "not allowed"? :-)

    Hope you can help.

    Best regards - Stine

    Hi Stine,

Can you please let me know more about your problem with the permalinks as I couldn't see any issue there, you may have talked to someone else from our team and I did not know your last issues.

Which is the part of the theme that you want to have it like in our demo? Can you be more specific so I can help you on this.

    Best regards,
    Laborator Team

    Hi Art.

So sorry, of course, i'll explain myself further.

After i updated my theme, i got the Error 404 like many others. I was in contact with another guy from your team, that told my to set the permalink structure to "post name" - when I do that, i still get the "Error 404", and it is only when i choose the permalink type "plain" that i can view my pages.
I would like to be able to choose the "post name"-permalink type - i do not wish to use the "plain" permalink view.

Secondly, when i was in contact with your colleague, I asked about the design with the boxes (and hover) and the icons that moves on your Kalium laborator website http://themes.laborator.co/#theme=kalium (the ones under "Theme Features"). I was told that this isn't a part of your theme, and that it could be done with Visual Composer and some CSS code.
I would like to know if it is possible to be provided with some code to complete a similar setup on my own webpage?

Hope I made myself a bit more clear :-)

    Hi Stine,

These blocks below can be easily achieved by using Visual Composer, the animation image cannot be done as it is not a part of Visual Composer.

To do this with Visual Composer create 3 rows with 4 columns each, add an Text Block element to each of them and you should have the same results with it. If you have problems achieving this, tell me on which page you are trying to do it and I will try to help you.

I set your links to Post Name, and the link seem to be working fine, checked on portfolio items, pages and posts, is it working for you?

    Hi Art,

I can easily create 4 columns with text blocks in them, what I don't know how to do is to make the squared white box and the hover effect. Is that something that can be done in Visual Composer or is that a custom thing as well?

The links seem to be working perfectly now.

    Thanks for your help :-)

    Hi Stine,

Once you've finished with that I will give you the CSS for the hover, regarding the white background - you can add a background to each column by simply clicking the edit column icon and it should work, see the video below:

I've made the boxes with text i them and white background color. The only issue is that there is no space between the boxes. Can you help me with this last issue?

    Hi Stine,

Can you check it now, I made some changes there and put the row outside of the row, you had an inner row inside the row.

    You're welcome Stine,

P.S: If you like our theme, it would help us a lot if you could give us five star rating on themeforest from your Downloads tab, (if you don't know how, just open this link).

A huge thank you from Laborator in advance!
