we´re having a couple of issues since upgrading to Kalium 2.0 (and following).
1) Portfolio item alignment - the paragraph text "jumped outside" from the page layout, as illustrated below.
2) When images on a blog page open to fullscreen (that sort of lightbox) they are overlaid by header items (menu + logo). This interference did not exist before the upgrade, only the fullscreen image was displayed. Please see two other attachments.
3) Social networks icons lost their color settings (behaviour). Mainly the footer icons - their hover effect is gone completely (rounded icon on hover), while on other locations (in portfolio pages, contact page etc.) the hover color changed.
All those changes happened without our activity. Except for updating the theme and plugins, no changes have been done to the website settings on our side. This experience discourages me from following theme updates (now turned on automatically in kalium 2.0)... Even more knowing that the support coming with our theme purchase expires in a month. Am I wrong? Please, what is your policy in similar cases (errors after theme upgrade, when support is already expired)?
You can re-style them with CSS again if you don't like them. But we think that you will like especially this one http://drops.laborator.co/14oxO
Kalium 2 is our biggest update yet, and i don't know on what level you have edited your site but some things have changed here and there to make website more stable and ready for future new implementations and updates.
the access to our website should be working by now... I hope.
Concerning the social icons styles - you were right to guess our favourite :) however:
1) I can´t get it working - or better, I can´t get the style that matches to your suggestion. Based on their description, I supposed its this one "[lab_social_networks rounded colored="hover"] – Rounded icons and colored on hover"... but it is not.
2) How to match the style of footer icons with the style of "share" icons on other pages (such as portfolio item, blog post, contact page)? Before they looked the same.
sorry for that annoying inconvenience. I just ended a phone call with our hosting provider support - it should be unblocked now.
But as the problem is reoccurring, most probably the blockage will happen again in some time. We had this issues in past - so now I´ve asked for a lasting solution from our IT/hosting support.
1) Portfolio item alignment - the paragraph text "jumped
outside" from the page layout, as illustrated below (MOST important problem).
2) When images on a blog page open to fullscreen (that sort of
lightbox) they are overlaid by header items (menu + logo). This
interference did not exist before the upgrade, only the fullscreen
image was displayed. Please see two other attachments.
And from later one regarding social networks:

1— The problem was coming from your end, because you have added too many div-s and other codes there on that text area (you can see the code here), i just fixed this problem for you.
2— Please just add the code below to Custom CSS
.fluidbox__wrap {
z-index: 9999 !important;
}
the other last two questions:
1—That is happening because your footer is skin is white and you can't see their white color, http://drops.laborator.co/4qA1
1) Hmm, no idea how those texts got messed up, I just wrote them using Visual Composer, as I´m no coder. However, thank you for fixing it. Is there anything we can do to eliminate this in the future?
2) Thanks for the code - pasted to Custom CSS, but it´s not working (yet?).
3) Social icons - OK, we don´t need to dig deeper into this right now. Just please let me know what is the name of the last style used on your Kalium demo page (see image below).
4) One more thing please... in a similar way as the social icons color is related to the footer color - the same thing happened when I recently created a Placeholder in our Team page http://spde.sk/o-nas/ ... having a white footer = no square tile (or a "white" tile) shows up in the background of the placeholder (see other attached image). Is there a workaround to add the background? (Hope this isn´t too much off topic in this ticket).
If you have further questions; kindly open a new ticket and post your request so it will be helpful for the other users to take advantage of searching them on the forum, and we’re glad to help you in your new thread.
I hoped we are finished - but right now two "new" questions appeared and as they might coincide with changes made in this ticket, I do not open a new one.
1) Please, have you made changes in our plugins settings during this support session? E.g. turned something off, or added a new one?
2) On page http://spde.sk/projekty/ the thumbnail tiles are merged (horizontal edges, see attachment) - originally they were not and they shouldn´t be... and I don´t remember me changing their layout...
1— Usually when users are having a strange problem, the first thing that we do is to disable the third-party plugins that we think that may create the problem.
For example, the first thing that we do is to disable caching plugins, because we can't test our changes if the user is using any caching plugin.
I remember that i have disabled your "TinyMCE Advanced" plugin too because it creates problems for some users.
I don't remember if i have disabled any other plugins on your site because we deal to more that 50 clients everyday, and i can't remember them all.
If you haven't seen this video on our support homepage you can do the same the next time that you have problems on our theme.

Hi Marek,
1 and 2— I am getting 403 error on your site, when you fix this please let us know by posting a reply.
3— On the Social Icons we have added many new styles and color as you can see on the picture below:
(view on new page)
You can see the new styles on this page now http://demo.kaliumtheme.com/main/elements/social-networks/
You can re-style them with CSS again if you don't like them. But we think that you will like especially this one http://drops.laborator.co/14oxO

Hi Ylli,
thank you for answering. We´re working on that 403 error - will notice you once it´s done.

Hi Marek,
Great I'm now able to login on your site. I don't know what questions are solved and what are the ones that are left unanswered.
So can you please write all those unsolved questions that you have on a reply and I will try to check them for you
Hi Ylli, good news.
Questions left from the first post:
1) Portfolio item alignment - the paragraph text "jumped outside" from the page layout, as illustrated below (MOST important problem).
2) When images on a blog page open to fullscreen (that sort of lightbox) they are overlaid by header items (menu + logo). This interference did not exist before the upgrade, only the fullscreen image was displayed. Please see two other attachments.

Thanks for writing your questions for me

the other last two questions:

2— For the Contact page you can choose any of those option, example http://drops.laborator.co/hsPs
We will try to implement other styles for single portfolio and single blog pages on the future updates.
Thanks for the support Ylli.

Hi Marek,
1— I don't know how all those codes came. I don't think that you will have this problem anymore.
2— Hmm i just fixed this for you by removing the old code and replacing with this one:
3— The name is "Colored background on hover". To show the same on Footer you need to user this shortcode:
4— Just add the code below to Custom CSS
If you have further questions; kindly open a new ticket and post your request so it will be helpful for the other users to take advantage of searching them on the forum, and we’re glad to help you in your new thread.

OK Ylli, thanks for the answer and portfolio fix... and apologies for that not-so-smart question on plugins.
Ticket solved.

Hi Marek,
I'm very glad to hear that all the questions are solved now.
Hope that you don't need our support anymore haha
Have a great week!
