1. I have seen that on your browser my website is translated to english, how does it works ? And why the animation of typing note is not translated ?
2. Also I have disabled the underline link on mouse over on my functions.php because it was underlining the image link on footer for facebook and instagram. How can I enable the underling of link on my website except for image links ?
ex: menu and e-mail are underlined while mouse over but not image with links on my footer
1. If you have translated the site using Google Translate option in Chrome then it was automatically translating the site I guess,
2. Where have you added the code to disable link underlines because I have checked your functions.php and there was no code to remove the underline from links?!
I've used personal images for facebook and instagram as you can see, that's why the underlining was annoying me but I want it back (exept for these custom icons)

2. I was wrong it was on custom CSS stylesheet

2— I'm sorry but that is not possible, you can either remove or leave the underline there.
