    Hi,

    i cannot download the demo data for the photography style. I get the following error for the wordpress content, the rest is installed successfully:

    ErrType: xml-wp-content

    Sorry, there has been an error. The file does not exist, please try again.

    PHP settings are correct except the PHP time limit ->which cannot be the reason since the error message is thrown immediately.

    Please give me some advise how to solve this problem?

    Since I cannot download the demo data, can you give me some hints how to rebuild the "work" page of the photography demo? I haven't found anything about it in the documentation.

    Here are my questions:

    - Which type of page is the "work" page? blog, portfolio, wordpress page?

    - How do I insert my photos to this page? Do they have to be all portfolio items? 

    I have already tried many options, but was nto able to recreate the photography work page.
    So some help would be appreciated, thanks!

    I have another issue, but cannot open tickets anymore, don't know why. 

    I get this error message when submitting a new ticket: 

    • That purchase code doesn't seem to be valid.

    Any idea how to solve this issue?

    Thx, now it works again. Was somehow related to the envato login.

    I have now opened a new ticket, this one can be closed.
