I was trying to edit this problem and after changing the code the site stopped working. So can you please send me your FTP credentials and I will handle this quickly.
The error you have reported we have fixed because other users had reported it as well and the problem was because of child theme skin issue.
To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)
I am marking your ticket as starred, and as soon as you send me your FTP credentials I will fix it.
Sorry about this problem but WordPress doesn't give me the ability to fix it.
Additionally, we have a strange gap on all pages. It seems to be attached to the first instants of an image per page.
I mentioned this in a pervious ticket with Ylli but i felt this was dismissed to quickly and should be looked at again and this wasn't happening in version 1.9... perhaps this is related to said child skin?
This issue is a concern. Its been over a week the website has not worked.
Can i get an update as to what is happening - you message from two days ago gave me hope you are on this but i have heard nothing since and the website isn't work at all now after you login.
HI,
My site isn't loading after updating to 2.0.3.1
In my error_log i see this... many times over
Missing argument 4 for kalium_homepage_url_hash_fix() in /home/littleto/public_html/wp-content/themes/kalium/inc/laborator_filters.php on line 1169
The CMS is working but the website will not load.
Help - this seems like a fundamental usability error.
Graham
Hi Graham,
Please download laborator_filters.php and replace the file with the old one by going to kalium/inc folder.
Thanks Ylli,
I've updated the new file and the site is the same... www.littletoller.co.uk have a look
Takes around ten minutes to load and the strange spacing is still there.
This didn't happen with the old version, it started right after the update.
I rolled back the version yesterday and everything was back to normal.
So it is without question, a problem with the new one.
Thanks for you help,
Graham
Did a p3 load time analysis and you can see the theme load time is huge.
(I have attached a screen shot)
Thanks,
Graham
Hi,
I have turned off all plugins apart from the ones supplied with your theme and the site is still loading very slowly.
Our hosts also confirmed this -
"The site still performs slowly with the plugins folder renamed therefore
this has to be a problem with the theme that is in use.
Have you tried updating the theme or switching it to another to see if
the site still has speed problems?"
Help!
Graham

Hi Graham,
I have managed to fix the problem. I apologize for the delay and really appreciate your patience.
I hope now everything works fine, checked your site and it is working properly without huge delays on execution.
Feel free to write here whenever you need help.
Perfect,
Thank you. Will the fix work for future updates? I'm guessing it will.
We still have the problem with the gap.... I have attached some screenshots so you can see the problem.
This was fine in 1.9 but after the update the gaps appeared
I appreciate your time and swiftness today, thank you very much,
Graham
Hi Graham.
