You can also test in different ways, so activate another theme and see if the shipping method is shown, if not then the problem is at WooCommerce settings you have applied.

I've checked your payment page after I've added a product to cart and the payment methods are shown:

Is there anything wrong there that I am not noticing, or tell me how can I reproduce that issue?
The payment method are shown but not the shipping one.
And when I choose a payment, nothing appear ... the payment page never appear.

It weird how that happens, no body did reported this issue before.
Please check if your Shipping settings are set correctly because the form is showing in our site:
Cart Page
(view large version)
Checkout Page
(view large version)
Backend Settings
(view large version)
(view large version)
So it works for us this way.

The issue is between bpost (the belgian shipping company) and polylang. The two plugins were incompatible. Now the issue is resolved.
