Hello, My theme options arent changing, so i have been manually trying to override each page with custom CSS. Do you know what is causing the theme options to not work in the first place? I might have overridden them with another code.

We don't have this issue on our theme, and it should work to you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.
If not, then probably your PHP limits are lower than recommended. Please check if your server meets the recommended PHP configuration limits as follows:

Also - while I'm in Theme Options, there are social media icons that are pre build into the theme. I want to add a custom link to another site and use their logo. Is there a way to customize the icon as well?

You can add the link of another site, but for the moment we don't offer any option to upload your logo there, we only support font-awesome logos on that part.

Thanks Ylli, i see on the Font Awesome site that their new update 4.7 includes IMDB. That is the custom link i am trying to connect to. Will there be a Kalium update to include that, or is there a way I can already utilize it?

We support Font-Awesome 4.7 on the latest version of Kalium.
The latest version for the moment is Version, please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Market plugin. Just follow this little procedure http://drops.laborator.co/pLFH
After this, to update the plugins to the latest version that we support, just go to Appearance > Install Plugins and update them.
If you use LayerSlider plugin but can't update it, please just go to Plugins and deactivate this plugin. Then go to Appearance > Install Plugins again, you now can update and activate this plugin again.

Thank Ylli - one more question: When i click "updated automatically" I get a warning:
"Updating this theme will lose any customizations you have made. 'Cancel' to stop, 'OK' to update."
I am just confirming this will not mess up my site.

If you haven't modified core theme files (files inside the theme) such as PHP, CSS or JS files then you are free to update your theme.
Changes that you made to Theme Options, Custom CSS and inside the Wordpress will be saved.

You are using an very very old version of our theme 1.8.8.8 , the latest version for the moment is 2.0.3.1, please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.

According to my wordpress I am already in 2.0.3.1 (Screenshot attached) However, wen i go to update plugins, in order to update the Visual Composer - Envato is saying I need to purchase a License. Since I got that through the Kalium, shouldnt that be updated through Laborator?

Sorry I tried to create a new ticket and its saying my purchase code expired. I basically created a duplicate of one site and I'm having the problem on the site that i updated to the new version of Kalium (itsjohnlogan.com). If my purchase code expired, that means I cant update Kalium?

If you still have problems to post your ticket, please record all this procedure and send us the video URL to check this problem with the Ticksy author.
P.S: Please activate your theme licenses by going to your Wordpress dashboard then navigate to Laborator > About > Product Registration.

Hello - I am at a loss and found this old thread I posted. I have had Kalium for several years and now its not letting me update! In order to post a ticket for the new error I need to repay for support? I dont know why I would need to repay for something because its not working?
"An error occurred while updating Kalium: This domain is not permitted to download the update!"
What does this mean?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That is happening because your license is registered in http://itsjohnlogan.com/ and now you're trying to register your theme in another domain.
It would be better if you had used www.yoursite.com/staging to build the site and then when you finish the site move it to www.yoursite.com. License is valid for one domain only as you can read on this article Theme licenses and activation.
I deleted your old license, so now you can activate your product in its final domain.
Note: If you still see the old domain on your Product Registration page (screenshot) please just press x button, then you activate your theme again.
