    Hi Emre,

Your SSL problem was happening because you haven't selected any logo on the "Transparent Header Logo" area:

    (view on new page)

P.S: You are using an old version of our theme 2.9.3 , the latest version for the moment is 2.9.5, please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.

The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Market plugin. Just follow this little procedure http://drops.laborator.co/pLFH

After this, to update the plugins to the latest version that we support, just go to Appearance > Install Plugins and update them.

If you use LayerSlider plugin but can't update it, please just go to Plugins and deactivate this plugin. Then go to Appearance > Install Plugins again, you now can update and activate this plugin again.

Ylli! What have you done to my WEBSITE? Please fix this. I CANNOT make money!

    Hi Emre,

As Ylli told me, he only changed the logo in theme options and not changed theme code.

Send me your FTP credentials and I'll check what is going wrong with your site and bring it back online.

To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)

    Hi Emre,

I've managed to fix this issue, the problem was with aurum files which were missing, I don't know if you have deleted or this was caused by someone else so I have re-uploaded aurum files and renamed the previous folder to aurum-old:

    Have a great day.

    thx a lot Arlind!

But my main issue is not fixed yet. My logo still doesnt appear in browsers and https doesnt work properly because of the warnings which are related to images.

    Hi Emre,

I fixed the logo problem, by just going to your Theme Options > Header > Transparent Header Logo and removing our logo.

Now the other warnings that you are getting are coming from the Layer Slider images because you are using elements of our slider that where http:// images. You can change save them on your site and then change their url to https:// or create your own slider.

Will set this ticket as solved from here.

    Hi Ylli,

Seems that logo problem is not fixed. My transperent logo is still not showing. I did 43242 times what you did. It doesnt fix my problem there is sth else i dont know.

    Hi Emre,

I just choose a .png (transparent) logo just that i saw on your image library to test your issue and i can see that i can place the logo without any problem as you can see on this video http://drops.laborator.co/A46p

Please upload your logo again because maybe the image is not generated correctly and that's why your problem is happening.
